Job summary

Syngenia SA is seeking a senior civil engineer to design and dimension civil structures for international projects within a BIM-enabled framework. You will lead design studies and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure tasks.

You will supervise CAD designers and contribute to planning, ensuring adherence to standards and delivering pragmatic, project-aligned solutions. Fluency in French or Dutch with good English is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Construction) is required.
• 10–14 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally on complex infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in SCIA Engineer, AutoCAD, Revit, and Office 365.
• Knowledge of geotechnical engineering; experience with D-Sheet or Civil 3D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and dimension civil engineering structures at different project stages.
• Perform feasibility, preliminary and detailed design studies while ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.

• Contribute to the preparation of planning and construction phasing in coordination with project teams.

• You have knowledge of geotechnical engineering and ideally experience with D-Sheet, Civil 3D or similar tools.
• You demonstrate strong rigor, organization, and autonomy in your work.
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.
• You are capable of proposing pragmatic and realistic solutions aligned with project constraints.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a good command of English.
