OMP is seeking a Senior Product Consultant, Demand Planning, to blend deep Demand Planning expertise with hands-on implementation experience, helping evolve our Demand Planning solution. You will collaborate with customers, solution architects, and product teams to support advanced Demand Planning functionality and complex business scenarios, shaping future product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in Demand Planning, supply chain planning software, business analysis, or software implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning processes and challenges.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong judgement balancing customer needs, implementation realities, and product considerations.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex topics.

Your challenge

As a senior product consultant, you combine deep Demand Planning expertise with hands-on implementation experience to help evolve OMP's Demand Planning solution.

You'll work closely with customers, solution architects, implementation consultants, and product teams to support advanced Demand Planning functionality, pilot implementations, and complex business scenarios. By bringing insights from the field back into Product Development, you'll help shape future product enhancements and support the successful rollout of new capabilities across our customer base.

You Are Responsible For

• Growing deep expertise in OMP's Demand Planning solution and related business processes.


• Supporting strategic customer projects involving advanced functionality and pilot implementations.


• Acting as a subject matter expert for complex Demand Planning challenges.


• Supporting solution architects and implementation consultants with specialist knowledge.


• Representing customer and implementation feedback towards product management and development.


• Contributing to best practices, training, and knowledge sharing within the Demand Planning domain.


• Collaborating with product managers, architects, and developers to shape future product enhancements.

About You

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Applied Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


• 7+ years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, supply chain planning software, business analysis, or software implementation.


• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning processes and challenges.


• Experience working on enterprise software implementation projects.


• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.


• Strong affinity with software products and IT systems.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong judgement in balancing customer needs, implementation realities, and product considerations.


• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex topics.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience as a Demand Planner involved in software implementation or transformation projects.


• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Consultant, Product Expert, or Implementation Consultant.


• Experience with supply chain planning software solutions.


• SQL or basic programming knowledge.


• Experience in one of OMP's core industries.
