Job summary

OMP is seeking an Advisory Consultant to help leading customers optimize their supply chains. You will design their planning cycle and organization by analyzing needs and processes, combining industry expertise with business insights to support strategic decisions.

You will join the Delivery team within Customer Solutions, collaborating with senior colleagues to deliver expert advice, design implementations, and ensure successful integration across projects. Flexible work options included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in supply chain management, business, engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years in advisory or similar role (2+ years for internal candidates).
• Knowledge of supply chain software and a strong interest in software/technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured information processing and AI tool usage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' supply chain needs, review processes, define project scope.
• Define the ideal planning landscape and cycle using OMP Unison Planning.
• Enrich data analyses with business insights.
• Develop business cases and perform maturity assessments.
• Validate results with stakeholders and align buy-in.
• Support senior colleagues in advising new prospects and building partnerships.
