Amentum is seeking a Senior Decommissioning Project Manager to join the JRC Decommissioning & Waste Management programme in Geel, Belgium. This on-site, part-time 0.5 FTE role supports planning, execution and monitoring of decommissioning projects, acting as a link between managers, staff and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in nuclear decommissioning, strong project management and QA/QC documentation skills, and the ability to work at JRC Geel with safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualificações

• More than 12 years of relevant professional experience in nuclear decommissioning or complex nuclear projects.
• Proven ability to deliver decommissioning projects with planning, coordination and field activity support.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Decommissioning project delivery and technical support under JRC project manager.
• Coordinate planning, monitoring, budgeting and reporting of project activities.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation and maintain comprehensive project files.
• Engage with stakeholders, contractors and on-site staff to ensure safety and quality.
• Support procurement reviews and manage site meetings and workshops.
