Keystone Solutions seeks a Data and Analytics Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. You will develop and manage databases, ICT applications, and data flows in collaboration with internal and external partners to meet user needs.

You will oversee database development, data integrity, reporting, and user support, coordinating with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions and compliant data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 3 years of work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of IT, software/database development.
• Strong understanding of common and company-specific software.
• In-depth knowledge of BI tools.
• Ability to plan and organize.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve user issues with databases and formulate improvement proposals.
• Ability to develop, program, and manage user-friendly and accurate databases based on information from various streams.
• Adhere to GDPR guidelines and internal agreements and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Manage databases: create technical specifications, develop and program the common database, test and modify with users.
• Organize meetings with partners and suppliers on database development and status.
• Ensure follow-up on project decisions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Prepare implementation of the common database and provide training to key users.
• Investigate operational data issues and seek IT solutions.
• Analyze user inquiries and propose database improvements.
• Support users in maintaining or creating databases and applications.
• Oversee users, data structure, access rights, and security of the common database.
• Develop reports to share data insights with users and verify data accuracy from accounts and subsidy files.
• Participate in internal working groups and meetings.
