Orange Business in Brussels is seeking a Functional Data Analyst Consultant to join our Digital & Data team on a permanent contract. You will bridge business and data teams, analyze needs, define data models, and ensure dashboards reflect real KPIs.

You will work in an international, Agile setting with 4-5 years in data and functional analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, delivering documentation, and supporting data governance and reporting initiatives in French, Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years hands-on experience in Data & Functional analysis within large-scale IT projects.

Responsabilités

• Cover data modeling, data process improvement, data analysis, and data management within assigned projects.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional data specifications.
• Define, design, and validate data models in collaboration with technical teams.
• Optimize dashboards, KPIs, and data usage from a business perspective.
• Ensure data consistency across reports, tools and domains.
• Build documentation and testing implementations for the solutions.
• Stakeholder management: meeting and aligning with customer needs.
• Act as a trusted consultant advising clients on data structures and best practices.
