Job summary

Qover is building a data-driven insurtech platform and seeks a mid/senior data engineer to own data reporting and production pipelines. You will prototype and deploy scalable dbt data pipelines, design robust data models for insurance data, and ensure reliable data delivery to partners while aligning with strong engineering practices.

You will contribute technically across the data space, improve data governance, and guide the team in analytics and data availability.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in SQL and data modelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, clean data financial reports.
• Build dbt data pipelines and robust data model for insurance data.
• Ensure timely data delivery to partners and reduce data maze in BigQuery warehouse.
• Develop data governance, extensive tests, and controlled data access.
• Contribute as a technical leader in the data space and evangelize good practices.
