Job summary

Virtual Connect Solutions seeks an experienced analyst lead for smart controls, translating business needs into actionable specs for developers and guiding end-to-end testing of data and processes. You will collaborate with product and OT teams, shape data flows, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

You will drive agile ceremonies, document analyses, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, enabling robust and scalable solutions across domains.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers.
• Lead analysis of use cases and test end-to-end processes.
• Understand business processes and data flows across OT, operations and data sources.
• Experience with data integration across sources and systems.
• Know privacy, security and data safety regulations.
• Familiarity with ML/AI for predictions and insights.

• Translate needs to developers and follow up on their work.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies as product owner support and monitor progress.
