Vivid Resourcing is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant to support a global service transformation programme. The role is approximately 90% D365 Customer Service functional and 10% business-facing, with strong emphasis on standardisation and process improvement.

You will work with stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to design, deliver, and drive adoption of customer service processes and D365 solutions, with regular presence in the Antwerp office

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service application.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end customer service processes in manufacturing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into standard D365 solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own and optimise end-to-end customer service processes within Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Translate requirements into standard D365 functionality and promote best practices.
• Design and improve processes for case management, service requests, contracts, SLAs, and invoicing.
• Lead workshops, requirements sessions, and process-mapping activities.
• Define user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with technical teams to align solutions with business processes.
• Identify gaps, challenge legacy methods, drive harmonisation.
• Support testing, deployment, adoption, and change management.
• Act as trusted functional advisor to senior service stakeholders.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial services is desirable.
