g2 Recruitment in Belgium seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to support design, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will translate business requirements into effective D365 processes and solutions.

You will lead workshops with business users, map current processes, design improved workflows and collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customisations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, F&O, Customer Service.
• Proven project experience in D365 configuration and implementation.
• Experience in training and integration for workforce.
