Link HRM b.v. is seeking a Customs Supervisor in Antwerp, Belgium. This senior, hands-on role focuses on Belgian and EU customs compliance, including Antwerp Port operations. You will act as the main contact with Belgian Customs and guide the team through complex cases.

The position offers a hybrid working model, with a gross monthly salary of 4,500–6,000 EUR, and 25 days of annual leave. Experience with maritime import operations and strong negotiation skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch is strongly preferred for direct communication with Belgian Customs authorities.
• Good command of English for cross-border discussions and documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of customs-related matters.
• Experience with Belgian/EU customs regulations is essential.

Responsabilités

• Act as a key contact for Belgian Customs in Antwerp region.
• Represent the company in meetings with Belgian Customs.
• Handle inspections, controls, disputes and penalties.
• Coordinate customs declarations, imports, classification, valuation and documentation.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with customers, warehouses and partners.
• Provide guidance on Belgian and EU customs regulations and procedures.
• Monitor changes in regulations and ensure compliant processes.
• Develop and improve internal customs procedures and SOPs.
• Guide junior customs colleagues when needed.
