Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day operational support and control activities related to Professional and Individual Credits.
• Monitor credit-related processes and ensure accuracy per procedures.
• Support front-end and back-end banking processes.
• Ensure operational continuity and high customer satisfaction.
• Execute and monitor operational controls and identify risks.
• Document and report control results to stakeholders.
• Manage operational issues and incidents, with root-cause analysis.
• Provide ad hoc project support and process improvements.
