Jobat in Brussels is seeking a Business Support & Operations Specialist for our client, a leading Belgian financial services institution. You will ensure robust operation of core processes, support policy decisions and maintain regulatory compliance.

You will drive KPI and regulatory reporting, support audits, and contribute to system changes, training operational teams and implementing new products to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC and GDPR regulations is a plus.
• Ability to analyse KPI and regulatory reports.

Responsabilités

• Own and oversee critical operational processes and control frameworks
• Escalate complex operational cases and policy decisions
• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC, GDPR and regulatory requirements
• Manage sensitive customer and account-related operations
• Prepare and analyse KPI, SLA and regulatory reporting
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence
• Participate in audits, investigations and risk mitigation activities
• Support the implementation of new products, systems and operational changes
• Develop procedures and provide training to operational teams
