UNIQUE is looking for an experienced Credit Administrator to join our Risk Management department in Brussels. You will prepare, review, and monitor credit files and ensure high-quality administrative follow-up.

Reporting to the Head of Credit Administration and Middle Office, you will coordinate with Relationship Managers, Private Bankers, notaries, and insurers, draft and review credit-related agreements, and ensure accurate system recording and archiving.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio Follow-up: Providing daily management of requests relative to current credits and offering reliable administrative support to Credit Analysts.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a key point of contact for Relationship Managers, Private Bankers, notaries, and insurance companies.
• Contract Management: Determining the adequate types of agreements, drafting, reviewing, and adapting contractual documents related to credit conditions and collateral (including mortgages).
• System Operations: Accurate recording of credits within the Bank's computer systems, validating contract integrity (signatures, mentions), requesting technical account openings, and managing credit provisions.
• Information & Archiving: Supplying information for various attestations and ensuring the rigorous archiving of credit and pledge agreements.
