Unique, a leading financial institution in Brussels, seeks a Credit Administrator to join Risk Management. You will prepare, review, and monitor credit files with precise administrative follow-up.

Reporting to the Head of Credit Administration and Middle Office, you will coordinate with Relationship Managers, notaries, and insurers, and manage contracts and system records. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in the financial sector; mortgage sector is a plus.
• Bilingual in French and Dutch; excellent communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong confidentiality and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio Follow-up: Daily management of requests related to current credits and administrative support.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Contact for Relationship Managers, Private Bankers, notaries, and insurers.
• Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and adapting credit-related contracts and collateral documents.
• System Operations: Accurate recording of credits in the bank systems and validation of contract integrity.
• Information & Archiving: Provide information for attestations and archive credit and pledge agreements.
