Euroclear, a key player in European capital markets, seeks a Senior Strategy Manager to help define and execute the Corporate Strategy in close collaboration with senior management. You will analyze markets, lead cross-functional teams, and manage major projects aligned with ExCo mandates in strategy and capital markets.

The role requires 7–10 years in corporate strategy or strategic consulting, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or CFA certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of corporate strategy or strategic consulting experience.
• Experience in leading strategy consultancy is highly valued.
• Ability to develop business strategies and action plans.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and trends.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for relationships with executives and board members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification preferred.
• Proven track record of 7 to 10 years in corporate strategy or strategic consulting (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman), preferably within a financial services focus.
• A background in a leading strategy consultancy is highly valued, ideally with prior experience in roles broadly comparable to Senior Associate, Junior Manager, or Manager.
• Experience in developing business strategies and action plans.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and industry trends is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external collaborators, senior executives, and board members.
