Shurgard Self Storage seeks a Corporate Accounting Expert to support operations across markets, reporting to the Accounting Manager. You will maintain accounting principles and prepare tax returns, ledgers, and financial statements, and assist with year-end audits and budgeting.

You will also integrate new stores into the accounting processes, coordinate information from Real Estate, Operations, HR, FP&A and Tax, and support the team with guidance and training while ensuring compliance with IFRS

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in accounting, finance or economics or equivalent through experience.
• At least five years in Accounting.
• Exposure to multi-country/shared services is a strong plus.
• Experience with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Experience with CRM/ERP migration/ upgrades, SAP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily administration of invoicing and commitments for leasing, housekeeping, payroll and taxes.
• Track leasing, housekeeping, payroll and taxes against budget.
• Oversee supplier, municipalities and surveyors communications.
• Coordinate external audit process and domiciliation services.
• Review reconciliation files and payroll data with Payroll Manager.
