Skill&Will is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to join its growing services organisation. You will work with local accounting teams across Europe, focusing on real estate projects and financial processes.

You will monitor expenses, manage invoices and purchase orders, support month-end closings, assist with reporting and audits, and contribute to control improvements and ESG reporting across markets.

Responsabilités

• Monitor expenses and commitments for real estate projects across Europe
• Support the preparation and review of local GAAP accounting memos
• Manage the daily administration of invoices and purchase orders
• Review and analyze invoice postings, including VAT and entity details
• Analyze new real estate projects such as construction, renovation, and maintenance
• Support communication with external parties such as contractors, suppliers, and government authorities
• Assist with the financial reporting of investment projects (actuals, budget, and forecast)
• Follow up on payment schedules together with local accounting teams
• Support month-end and quarter-end closings within real estate accounting
• Assist with depreciation, capitalization, and reconciliations
• Support internal and external audits
• Contribute to ESG reporting
• Assist in implementing procedures and control systems in line with internal standards
• Support the rollout of control processes across different markets
• Support process improvements and special accounting projects

You will work closely with local accounting teams and other internal stakeholders across Europe.
