EY is seeking a Transfer Pricing professional to adapt and design transfer pricing operating models for clients, document strategies, and support controversy and audits. The role emphasizes collaboration across EY teams, client relationship building, and delivering analytical, policy-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Master in Economics, Law or equivalent.

Within EY's transfer pricing practice, we offer depth of experience through a worldwide network of dedicated transfer pricing specialists and tax professionals. Advising companies how to adapt and support their transfer pricing operating model in a changing business environment, guide them in the detailed design, implementation and documentation, develop the most appropriate strategies to prepare and support our clients before and during controversy and audits.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ business operations, value drivers, supply chains, decision-making processes, and transformation initiatives.
• Apply Belgian and OECD transfer pricing principles and methods to transfer pricing design, documentation and controversy cases (audit, rulings and multilateral agreements).
• Support the development of policies, operating models, governance and implementation approaches.
• Help to deliver, build and interpret financial and scenario models.
• Collaborate with other EY tax and advisory teams in our integrated projects.
• Develop client relationships with existing and new clients.
• Supervise and manage assignments by Consultants in the group.
• Manage various projects and workflows thoroughly and accurately.
• Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals.

Your Profile

• Master in Economics, Law or equivalent. Adequate experience suffices as well.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch or French. Next to that, you are fluent in English.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Market and client focused.
• Very good team player with sound communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
• Highly motivated and interested in taking initiative for their own personal growth and development.
