Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Transfer Pricing professional in Diegem, Belgium. You will design and optimize transfer pricing operating models, guide documentation, and support audits for multinational clients within a dynamic tax landscape.

Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential to manage teams and client engagements. We value hands-on TP experience, mastery of Belgian OECD principles, and fluency in Dutch or French with English proficiency to collaborate across borders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics or Law required.
• Min 5 years of experience in transfer pricing, consulting environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch or French; fluent in English.

Within EY's transfer pricing practice, we offer depth of experience through a worldwide network of dedicated transfer pricing specialists and tax professionals. Advising companies how to adapt and support their transfer pricing operating model in a changing business environment, guide them in the detailed design, implementation and documentation, develop the most appropriate strategies to prepare and support our clients before and during controversy and audits.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ business operations, value drivers, supply chains, decision-making processes, and transformation initiatives.
• Apply Belgian and OECD transfer pricing principles and methods to transfer pricing design, documentation and controversy cases (audit, rulings and multilateral agreements).
• Develop policies, operating models, governance and implementation approaches.
• Build and interpret financial and scenario models.
• Collaborate with other EY tax and advisory teams in our integrated projects.
• Develop client relationships with existing and new clients.
• Supervise and manage assignments by Consultants and Seniors in the group.
• Manage various projects and workflows thoroughly and accurately.
• Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals.

Your Profile

• A Master’s degree in Economics or Law with specialization in Finance, Tax or Accounting.
• Min. 5 years of experience working in transfer pricing, in a consulting environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch or French. Next to that, you are fluent in English.
• Excellent project management, organizational and analytical skills.
• Gained the technical skills and the professional qualities necessary to provide clients with the quality service they expect.
• Market and client focused.
• Very good team player with sound communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
• Highly motivated and interested in taking initiative for their own personal growth and development.
