BDO Belgium's Strategy & Transformation Team is seeking a Senior Consultant to guide utilities clients through transformation journeys, optimizing operations and enhancing customer focus.

You will analyse processes, lead workshops, translate business needs into technical requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure quality deliverables. This role offers impactful change and growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering, Management or Economics.
• 2–5 years as a consultant or in the energy sector.
• Professional English, Dutch and French language skills.
• Interest in PMI, Prince 2, Lean and Agile (SAFe/Scrum).

As a Senior Consultant, you'll drive change and make a real difference in our clients' organisations.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you'll guide our clients through transformation journeys, offering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges. Here's a glimpse into your typical day :

• Facilitating transformation initiatives to drive efficiency gains and enhance customer focus in the utilities sector.
• Analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions aligned with client strategic objectives.
• Leading discussions and defining communication plans to support employees through significant changes.
• Conducting business analysis and organising workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.
• Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.

What do you bring to the table?

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
• Has 2-5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the energy sector, with knowledge of sector-specific products and industrial processes.
• Communicates professionally in English and have a strong command in Dutch and French.
• Is eager to learn, proactive, and thrives on new challenges.
• Has a strong ambition to drive impactful change and make a difference.
• Excels in stakeholder management and works well both independently and as part of a team.
