The Financial Services market is a key priority for Sopra Steria. Financial Services is also a focal point for our Consulting activities, offering substantial growth opportunities as our clients navigate diverse stages of their digital transformation journeys.

As part of the Consulting Business Line at Sopra Steria, you will play a pivotal role within the Financial Services Community. Collaborating with a network of peers, you will contribute to or lead efforts such as crafting proposals, developing service offerings, sharing industry insights, and driving internal projects.

Your primary focus will be client engagements, which will constitute the majority of your time. These engagements may involve working as part of high-performing teams embedded within client organizations or contributing to Sopra Steria’s fixed-price Consulting projects within multidisciplinary teams.

As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will take ownership of complex assignments, manage client relationships, develop and apply managerial skills, and support business development activities. Leveraging on your industry expertise, your responsibilities on specific projects may include project and change management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, business and functional analysis, or architectural design
