Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead consulting engagements with Energy & Utilities clients on strategic, organizational and digital transformation topics.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, challenging assumptions, bringing external perspective and ensuring strategic alignment between business ambition and execution.
• Demonstrate high autonomy in structuring complex problems, conducting analyses and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Analyze current operating models, processes and IT landscapes; identify improvement opportunities and design target states.
• Support the delivery of transformation roadmaps (grid modernization, digital platforms, data & AI initiatives).
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposal writing, thought leadership and business development activities while proactively identifying new opportunities within existing accounts to support the growth of the Energy & Utilities practice.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles within the Energy & Utilities sector.
• Demonstrated knowledge within the Energy & Utilities: candidates must show clear understanding of core sector challenges, energy market dynamics, regulatory environments and operating models.
• Experience in digital transformation, operational excellence or large‑scale change programs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior management.
• Comfortable working in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
