Sopra Steria Belgium is seeking a Consultant to focus on client engagements, collaborating with high-performing teams embedded with clients or on fixed-price consulting projects.

You will analyze client needs, support sales opportunities, share knowledge, and may handle business/functional analysis, project management, architectural design, and Agile/Scrum facilitation.

Responsabilités

• Your primary focus will be client engagements, which will constitute the majority of your time.
• These engagements may involve working as part of high-performing teams embedded within client organizations or contributing to Sopra Steria’s fixed-price Consulting projects within multidisciplinary teams.
• As a Consultant, you will contribute, as an integral member of the project team, to consulting assignments, you work closely with the client to listen and analyse their needs, you contribute to sales processes (spotting opportunities and drafting offers), and contributes to knowledge sharing within the organisation.
• On specific projects, your responsibilities may include business and functional analysis, project management, architectural design and Agile/Scrum facilitation.

The Consulting Business Line at Sopra Steria is a team of over 160 consultants in Belgium with extensive expertise in Digital Transformation.
