Depending on your profile and the needs of the projects, you will be involved in one or several of the following areas of expertise:• Project Management: You will assist project managers in monitoring and coordinating the various stages of digital transformation. This includes organizing meetings, tracking schedules, updating monitoring documents, and communicating with the teams. You will help ensure the smooth progress of projects, meeting deadlines and quality objectives.• Performance and Process Improvement: Alongside the consultants, you will analyze our clients’ current processes, help identify optimization levers, and participate in implementing improvements. You will conduct analyses and diagnostics to better understand the challenges and needs of organizations, thereby contributing to continuous improvement.• Product Management: Supporting the product team, you will participate in the development and improvement of digital products. You will collaborate with the development and design teams to ensure that the solutions created meet user needs.
