What You’ll Do

• Work closely with client leadership teams in an international environment to define IT and digital strategies and drive alignment.
• Collaborate with BCG case teams across Europe to deliver high‑impact technology transformations.
• Design and implement tailored IT strategies, digital platforms, and target architectures leveraging modern technologies.
• Own specific project workstreams, including quality, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Assess, coach, and support client technology teams throughout the engagement.
• Apply technical consulting expertise to complex, strategic technology challenges across industries.
• Contribute to proposal development, client relationship management, and business development activities.

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Information Systems, or a related digital field.
• 2–7 years of professional experience in IT strategy and consulting, software development, or IT project management; prior IT consulting experience is a strong asset.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think creatively and analytically in a fast‑paced, problem‑solving environment.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, strong client orientation, and a clear focus on delivering results.
• Full professional fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
• Strong willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.
