Group-IPS in Belgium is seeking an Engineer Coordinator to lead the engineering team across civil, utilities, process, and design disciplines. You will coordinate from concept design to detailed development, organize staff allocations and ensure deliverables align with project timelines.

You bring a civil or industrial engineering degree, 8+ years in technical projects, and strong English with French or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Civil or Industrial engineering degree (required).
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in technical projects.
• 3+ years in a similar role with engineering management, BIM, Process Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the engineering team across disciplines from concept to detailed development.
• Organize staff allocation of lead engineers and back-office support.
• Supervise quality, detail level, and contractual compliance with customers.
