Accenture Belgium is seeking a senior Compliance & Regulatory Advisory leader to drive complex programs across the banking sector in Belgium. You will define strategic outcomes, govern delivery, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results.

Ideal candidates bring 8-15 years in financial services, strong regulatory expertise, and proven ability to engage senior executives and influence board decisions. On-site role in Belgium with extensive client interaction.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years in Financial Services, Banking Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Governance, Regulatory Advisory or Consulting.
• Proven experience leading large transformation programs and managing senior client stakeholders.
• Experience in consulting firms, compliance/risk functions, or financial services institutions.
• Track record in project and program management.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex compliance, regulatory, risk and governance transformation projects across banking.
• Define vision, outcomes, delivery approach, governance, and success metrics.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
• Engage executives and support decision-making at senior management and board levels.
• Design sustainable compliance operating models and governance frameworks.
