Jobat, on behalf of an established investment management organisation based in Brussels, seeks a compliance-focused professional to contribute to the development and enhancement of the compliance and risk framework.

You will monitor regulatory developments, oversee AML/CFT activities, support interactions with regulators, assess outsourced providers, and provide compliance support across fund operations, including investment monitoring and conflict assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance and risk management.
• Ability to monitor regulatory developments and implement new requirements.
• Oversee AML/CFT activities and related controls and reporting.
• Support interactions with regulators and supervisory authorities.
• Assess and monitor outsourced service providers and ICT risks.
• Provide compliance support across fund operations, including investment monitoring and conflict assessments.
• Participate in regulatory analyses for new jurisdictions, fundraising and cross-border operations.
