Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical research or a clinical trial support role.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support management and maintenance of study documentation and tracking systems.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of clinical trial records throughout the study lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clinical operations teams to coordinate study activities and communications.
• Assist with document preparation, filing, archiving, and quality control tasks.
• Support compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements (GCP).
• Provide guidance to junior team members when appropriate.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
