PwC Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager - Strategy & Operations in Supply Chain Manufacturing for Pharma & Life Sciences. You will lead senior teams and drive end-to-end supply chain improvements for healthcare clients, applying digital and operational excellence to create measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, (bio-)engineering, business administration, sciences or comparable by experience.
• Ten years of experience in supply chain within the healthcare and life sciences industry.
• Experience implementing digital applications (MES, LIMS, ELN, data platforms) or IT/OT in pharma.
• Experience with IT systems architecture and/or IT/OT architecture.
• Experience with GMP and validation processes for digital applications.
• Experience with continuous improvement or operational excellence.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team; strong people management.
• Ability to combine technical knowledge with consulting skills; client premises.
• Client-centric mindset with strong analytical and problem solving.
• Fluent in English, and Dutch and/or French.
• Willingness to travel abroad up to three days per week.

Responsabilités

• Focus on supply chain planning, manufacturing and/or distribution and logistics.
• Analyze issues and define approaches with project team using best practices.
• Build sustained relationships with clients.
• Contribute to achieving commercial goals by selling follow-up projects.
• Collaborate with PwC’s international Pharma & Life Sciences community.
• Manage, develop, mentor supervised teams and assess performance.
