Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a driven Senior Clinical Research Manager to join our Clinical Operations team in The Netherlands (Breda) and Belgium (Beerse). Office presence 3 days a week is required.

You will manage Local Trial Managers, Site Managers, and Clinical Trial Assistants with a focus on oncology trial delivery, site engagement, staff development, training/onboarding, and resource management.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Life Sciences or 8–10 years of equivalent experience in Clinical Research.
Minimum 8 years of Clinical Research experience in pharma, CRO or investigational site.
Two years of line management experience desirable.

Responsabilités

Provide line management to Local Trial Managers, Site Managers, and Clinical Trial Assistants.
Ensure robust feasibility, start-up, and monitoring of trials with strong delivery in oncology.
Drive site engagement, issue resolution, and stakeholder management; support audits and CAPA.
Contribute to country strategy and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, local laws, and SOPs; oversee timelines and quality metrics.
Lead change initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and learning.
