BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Change Manager to drive the people side of strategic transformation initiatives within a major program. You will lead change activities, engage stakeholders, and advise sponsors and leadership on adoption and sustained change.

With a long-term horizon, you will collaborate across operational and project teams, guiding communications and learning approaches while navigating a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Hybrid 2–3 days on-site in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Change Management.
• Proven experience leading change activities within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience in digital, process and organisational transformation.
• Certification in Change Management (Prosci ADKAR or equivalent) is considered a strong asset.
• Autonomous, pragmatic and impact-oriented mindset.
• Consulting experience is a plus.

You will work alongside an established team of change professionals already active within the organization, collaborating closely with operational teams, business stakeholders, management and project teams to drive successful adoption and sustainable change.

Your role

You will:

What we are looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Change Management.
• Proven experience leading change activities within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience in digital, process and organisational transformation.
• Ability to navigate complex environments involving multiple business, operational and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent French communication skills (spoken and written), combined with a strong professional command of Dutch, enabling effective facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication across all levels of the organisation.
• Certification in Change Management (Prosci ADKAR or equivalent) is considered a strong asset.
• Autonomous, pragmatic and impact-oriented mindset.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
