BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Change Manager to strengthen our Strategy & Transformation department and join a major transformation program delivering essential services to citizens and businesses.

You will lead the people side of strategic initiatives, design change strategies, manage stakeholders, and drive adoption across multiple audiences in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Change Management.
• Proven experience leading change activities within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience in digital, process and organisational transformation.
• Ability to navigate complex environments involving multiple business, operational and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent French communication skills (spoken and written), combined with a strong professional command of Dutch, enabling effective facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication across all levels of the organisation.
• Certification in Change Management (Prosci ADKAR or equivalent) is considered a strong asset.
• Autonomous, pragmatic and impact-oriented mindset.
• Consulting experience is a plus.

Your role
