EngiFlex BV is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial engineering initiatives within the process industry. You will own scope, budget, planning, quality and safety across new installations and major modifications, ensuring successful handover to operations.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage risks, reporting to steering committees and senior stakeholders. A strong background in CAPEX projects and MS Project is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading industrial CAPEX projects.
• 7+ years as project engineer in mechanical, electrical, piping or civil engineering.
• Experience with pre-feasibility, budgeting and commissioning in industrial installations.
• Mandatory experience in the process industry.
• Strong hands-on command of MS Project with ownership of planning.
• Academic working level with strong analytical skills and a helicopter view.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end ownership of industrial engineering projects from concept and feasibility through commissioning and final handover.
• Define and manage project scope, deliverables, budget (including business case and investment approval) and baseline planning in MS Project.

• Act as the single point of accountability for internal stakeholders and management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, automation, piping, civil and EHS disciplines, working with both internal and external parties.
• Manage scope changes, risks, claims, and deviations affecting budget or schedule.
• Report progress, issues and decisions to steering committees and senior stakeholders.

In this role, you lead complex multidisciplinary industrial engineering projects within the process industry. You are fully accountable for scope, budget, planning, quality and safety across both new installations and major modifications to existing assets.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of industrial engineering projects from concept and feasibility through commissioning and final handover.
• Define and manage project scope, deliverables, budget (including business case and investment approval) and baseline planning in MS Project.
• Coordinate all project phases: pre-study and concept selection, basic and detailed engineering, procurement and contractor selection, construction and site execution, commissioning, and handover to operations.

Your profile

Technical profile requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager with proven A-Z ownership of industrial CAPEX projects.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Engineer in disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, piping or civil engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with pre-feasibility and concept studies, CAPEX budgeting and investment approval, and commissioning of industrial installations.
• Mandatory experience in the process industry.
• Strong hands-on command of MS Project, with ownership of planning rather than follow-up only.
• Academic working level combined with strong analytical skills and a helicopter view.

Methodology / Certification requirements

• VCA-Vol is mandatory.
• PMP / Prince2 is a plus.
