Qualifications

• 7+ years in CAE simulation with hands-on crash analysis using LS-Dyna and Abaqus.
• Strong background in automotive structural simulation for exterior components and OEM requirements.
• Ability to lead technical teams, coordinate offshore resources, and ensure quality of simulation deliverables.
• Excellent communication to present findings to engineering and non-engineering audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural simulation activities for automotive exterior sub-components and ensure deliverables meet high quality standards and project requirements.
• Own crash analysis and durability simulations, applying deep expertise to evaluate behavior and validate designs.
• Drive root cause analysis when results miss targets and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate simulation insights into design improvements.
• Act as technical lead for local stakeholders and coordinate offshore resources for consistent methodologies.
