A leading organization operating in a technology-driven environment is seeking a Senior C#/.NET Developer Consultant to support both software development and technical advisory activities. The role combines hands-on development, application maintenance, architectural guidance, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing to help deliver reliable and scalable business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement new functionalities using modern .NET technologies.
• Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing applications to ensure performance and reliability.
• Provide technical analyses, architecture recommendations, and development best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce software quality standards, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Document technical solutions and coach internal developers through knowledge transfer and mentoring.

Qualifications And Skills

• Extensive experience with C#, .NET 6/8+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
• Strong background in application development, software maintenance, and technical architecture.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and modern development practices, including source control and release management.
• Knowledge of Azure, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Blazor, or related cloud-native technologies is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
