OMP Belgium is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to innovative software solutions. You will work with top architects and experts, participating in all stages of the software development life cycle from analysis, design and programming to maintenance.

You are proficient in C++ or open to learning other languages and will engage in domains from data science to supply and demand planning applications.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C++ or willing to learn other programming languages.
• Experience across the software development life cycle.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into software design and algorithms.
• Collaborates with product managers and product analysts.
• Experience reviewing code and maintaining software.

Responsabilités

• Write code that meets high-quality standards and adheres to agile practices.
• Translate functional requirements into designs and algorithms.
• Refine designs into technical specifications.
• Discuss and validate requirements with a 3-4 person team and product stakeholders.
• Review teammates' code and collaborate with QA, analysts, writers, and project managers.
• Maintain and support developed software based on user feedback.
• Grow expertise in preferred technologies.
