OMP, a leading provider of supply-chain optimization software, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to develop and improve its industry solution in a robust, scalable way within an international team. You will translate requirements into technical designs and contribute to high-quality, maintainable software.

The role emphasizes collaboration with solution managers, analysts, and consultants, along with code reviews and adherence to scrum practices.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar, or equivalent by experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience in C++ programming.
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable software through clean code, testing, and code reviews.
• Powerful technical skills, a creative mindset and excellent algorithmic and conceptual thinking.
• The eagerness to learn and stay on the edge of technology.
• A passion for working in a multinational, customer-driven environment with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsabilités

• Translating functional requirements into detailed, industry-specific technical solution designs and algorithms, and refining them into clear technical specifications.
• Writing code that lives up to our high-quality standards, in adherence to scrum methodology and compliant with the most recent standards in your preferred technology.
• Discussing and validating functional requirements in close collaboration with our seasoned solution managers, solution analysts, and solution consultants.
• Reviewing code written by your team members.
• Collaborating closely with software and quality assurance test engineers, analysts, consultants, technical writers, and project managers.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including software and QA engineers, analysts, consultants, technical writers, and project managers, while maintaining and supporting developments based on user feedback.
