OMP seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join our Product Development team, shaping cutting-edge supply chain software. You will work with architects, design, implement in C++, and participate in all stages of the SDLC.

You should have 5+ years in C++, strong algorithms, and a collaborative mindset. Cloud-native exposure and testing practices are valued to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• ≥5 years of experience in a C++ software engineering role.
• Excellent algorithmic and conceptual thinking.
• Curiosity across technology stacks and strong collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Write high-quality C++ code following agile processes and standards.
• Translate functional requirements into software design and algorithms.
• Detail designs into technical specifications.
• Review code and collaborate with QA, product managers, and technical writers.
• Maintain and support developments based on user feedback.
