Sony Europe, as the aftersales function for Consumer and Professional products, is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to join Service Solutions Europe. You will collaborate with IS Solution Architects and developers to translate requirements into feasible designs and document them into functional change requests across multiple SSE domains.

Qualifications

• Experience with process flow documentation and modelling tools (e.g., Nimbus, UML, Visio).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or AWS EKS Kubernetes.
• Experience with one or more programming languages; ideally C#, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience with AI in IT domain including documenting/testing/proof-of-concept.
• Team player and good communicator, who can easily establish excellent working relationships.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and evolve business process documentation across SSE domains, ensuring changes are recorded and accessible.
• Lead projects from initiation through go-live, including requirements workshops, system design alignment, testing coordination, and cutover planning; monitor post-launch performance and provide management reporting.
• Manage transition to business-as-usual by updating support documentation, coordinating training delivery, tracking incident trends, and communicating new processes to IT Helpdesk and support teams.
• Coordinate security and compliance with EGIS by maintaining application impact assessments, evaluating access requirements for new projects, and identifying security assessment needs for process changes.
