Job summary

ThoughtLabs Belgium seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to model business processes, define IT tool needs, and guide redesigns across departments. You will capture requirements, create context diagrams, and align stakeholders between business and IT.

With 5+ years in process analysis and business modelling, you will drive data quality initiatives, support post-implementation testing, and contribute to change management through training materials for end users.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years capturing and describing business needs.
• At least 5 years analysing and modelling business processes.
• Experience modelling business information needs within processes.
• Knowledge of IoT/AI or related tech is a plus.
• Experience with training material creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Model business processes and guide business in redesigning their processes.
• Perform impact analyses.
• Develop context diagrams, business domain models and user stories/use cases.
• Define business needs regarding IT tools and usage guidelines.
• Challenge business regarding current and future ('to-be') processes.
• Align and validate requirements between business and IT."
• Validate the functional analysis carried out by IT.
• Guide data quality initiatives and data migrations.
• Test and validate releases after tool implementation.
• Support change management including training material and end-user training.
