Job summary

SMT Corp. in Belgium is seeking a Business Analyst to drive continuous improvement of our Business Applications and Processes. You will gather requirements, model processes, and translate needs into functional specifications for IT development.

You will collaborate with Aftersales and IT teams, develop Power BI reports, and monitor projects, while ensuring deadlines and budgets are respected. Fluency in French and English is required, along with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or in similar role.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of BPM, UML and process modelling.
• Experience with Agile methodologies; Scrum a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Information gathering through interviews, meetings and workshops.
• Needs analysis with internal departments for Aftersales and IT systems.
• Documentation of business models, functional designs and system docs.
• Describe, analyze and improve Aftersales processes.
• Model processes and translate needs into specs and user stories for IT.
• Develop and review Power BI reports and test solutions.
• Participate in project management, monitor progress, ensure deadlines and budgets.
• Stay informed on IT and process analysis trends.
