Job summary

act digital is seeking a driven Business Analyst to bridge stakeholders and IT teams in Belgium. You will map and optimize business processes, capture requirements, develop user stories and use cases, and support testing and change management.

Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, you will coordinate across disciplines, validate analyses, and ensure high data quality and successful releases. A Master’s degree and at least 5 years of BA experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis and modeling.
• Experience modeling business information needs and data requirements.
• Experience creating and executing test plans.
• Experience preparing training materials and supporting end users.

Responsibilities

• Model and analyze business processes and support process redesign initiatives.
• Perform impact analyses to assess the consequences of business and system changes.
• Develop context diagrams, business domain models, user stories, and use cases.
• Capture, document, and challenge business requirements.
• Define business needs regarding IT tools and establish usage guidelines.
• Coordinate and validate requirements between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Review and validate functional analyses produced by IT teams.
• Support data quality initiatives and data migration activities.
• Participate in testing activities and validate releases following implementation.
• Contribute to change management initiatives, including preparation of training materials and end-user training.
• Provide post-implementation support to business users.
