Job summary

Nova Talenta is seeking a (Senior) Business Manager to lead growth and profitability for our Brussels-based consulting activities across Brussels and Wallonia. The role blends business development, client management and people leadership in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.

You will steward client relationships, translate needs into consulting solutions, and guide consultants on assignments while achieving revenue targets and KPI goals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of experience in business development, business management, account management or a comparable commercial role.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and convert opportunities into results.
• Understanding consulting services dynamics including client engagement and project delivery.
• Willingness to own activity, manage priorities, and be accountable for results.
• Strong commercial acumen with relation-building skills and interest in developing people.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop your client portfolio.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand client needs and translate them into relevant consulting solutions.
• Develop existing accounts and generate new projects.
• Manage and support consultants throughout their assignments.
• Ensure regular follow-up with clients and consultants.
• Conduct performance reviews and support consultants' professional development.
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and project delivery.
• Work with Talent Acquisition to define recruitment needs.
• Contribute to candidate assessment and selection.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations, project requirements and consultant capabilities.
• Take ownership of revenue, profitability and KPIs; monitor performance.
