Manulife seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to establish and maintain long-term client relationships, driving sales, mentoring juniors, and elevating service standards across multinational Employee Benefits.
The role requires meeting ambitious sales targets, in-person client and advisor engagements, cross-border travel, workshops for advisors, and active participation in internal projects and industry events.
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring they view IGP as a professional, knowledgeable, and strong service provider. This role involves meeting sales goals, visiting clients and key advisors, coaching/mentoring junior colleagues, and participating in various meetings and training sessions (lifelong learning).
There is one position available which is open to candidates located in Boston, Toronto, or Brussels, and we are considering talent from all three locations.
