NISH Tech BV is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Business Continuity and resilience initiatives within a leading Belgian financial institution. The role centers on guiding transformation projects, aligning stakeholders and delivering practical improvements.

The position requires hands-on project leadership, BCM experience and the ability to influence senior teams. It offers a hybrid work model in Brussels with on-site responsibilities and remote work options.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Project Management and/or Business Continuity.
• Demonstrated Project Management experience involving multiple stakeholders.
• Practical experience in Business Continuity Management and implementation.
• Strong experience delivering transformation or improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies and issues.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and meetings.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Results-oriented and delivery-focused approach.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Strong Dutch, French and English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple Business Continuity transformation and improvement initiatives.
• Deliver practical and validated solutions with a hands-on mindset.
• Develop and implement process simplification initiatives.
• Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Business Continuity processes.
• Review existing Business Continuity processes and recovery deliverables.
• Identify pragmatic opportunities for process improvement.
• Gather requirements from relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings.
• Challenge existing practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones and success criteria.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies and issues.
• Propose and follow up mitigating actions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned initiatives.
• Support change management and communication activities.
• Drive stakeholder adoption of implemented improvements.
