A major financial institution in Brussels, Belgium is strengthening its Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework to ensure critical banking services remain available during major disruptions. The senior Project Manager Business will serve as the initiative owner for BCM transformation, combining project management with process simplification and improvements to Business Recovery Plans.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Project Management and/or Business Continuity.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with BCMS, Business Recovery Plans and resilience frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead BCM transformation and improvement projects to raise BCMS maturity and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Review and simplify BCM deliverables and recovery processes for operational efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and secure agreement on objectives, milestones and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage dependencies and risks, and propose mitigations before issues arise.
• Produce status reports and dashboards for senior management and act as primary project contact.
• Drive change management and communications to ensure adoption of improvements.
