Contractsit seeks several Senior Business Analysts to support a large digital transformation in the Belgian federal public sector. You will turn policy and business goals into functional solutions and improve data exchange and processes across multiple government bodies.

The projects run in 2027-28 and require leading workshops, defining as-is and to-be processes, writing user stories with acceptance criteria, and coordinating UAT with IT suppliers.

Formación

• Senior Business Analyst with experience in translating policy into functional requirements.
• Proven ability to document as-is and to-be processes and to identify data quality improvements.
• Ability to write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating UAT and liaising with IT suppliers during functional analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out as-is and to-be process analyses and identify improvements in data quality and processes.
• Write clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for IT development.
• Coordinate functional analysis and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and working groups with stakeholders and validate proposals.
• Report risks, blockers and dependencies to the Project Manager.
• Prepare user manuals and support training on new functionality.
