Cream Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in cards and payments to work with business and IT stakeholders, shaping analyses and delivering change initiatives within the payments ecosystem.

You will gather and challenge business needs, translate requirements into functional specifications, and help define processes, scope, and operating models. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and hands-on involvement in testing and implementation.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis within the cards or payments ecosystem.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of French or Dutch (both being an asset)
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling (ARIS, Visio, Camunda, UML, ...)
• Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile) is an asset
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Enterprise Architect is a plus

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse, and challenge business needs related to Cards products and services
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria
• Assess change requests and recommend appropriate solutions
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Define business scope, processes and target operating models
• Support implementation activities, including Business Acceptance Testing
